Modelling Transport Networks

Nautical Enterprise is internationally regarded for our capabilities in transport and emission modelling.

Our expertise lies in modal-split modelling together with intermodal network design under a variety of sensitivities such as financial indicators and policy changes.

Nautical Enterprise has developed a specialised methodology and associated software for the estimation of unitised cargo flows. This helps establish a port’s hinterland and potential markets, and may also be used for the benefit of ship operators and freight managers – to help identify market opportunities.
