Maritime ITS Strategy

The formulation of information technology to assist the development of the European maritime sector towards increased global competitiveness is a cornerstone of maritime strategy.

Harmonisation of reporting requirements, standardisation of messages exchanged in A2A and B2A applications, interoperability of electronic systems and stakeholder engagement are among the facets of Maritime ITS Strategy that Nautical Enterprise is actively involved in. We are involved in two FP7 projects in this area, eFreight and eMaritime.
