Project Description
SUPPORT aims to raise the current level of port security by integrating legacy port systems with new surveillance and information management systems. SUPPORT will provide the necessary and sufficient security level to satisfy evolving international regulations and standards while efficiently supporting the complexity of the real port environment.
Nautical Enterprise’s responsibilities in the Project
Nautical Enterprise’s main role will be to lead the development of Port Security Knowledge Management tools. Nautical Enterprise will also lead the definition of strategies for information exchange agreements between port security network stakeholders, developing information exchange efficiency indicators for network designs and benchmarking services to facilitate comparison of network performance against similar networks.
